Coleman Homes was founded in 1972 in Bakersfield, California. Prior to locating to Idaho, Coleman Homes participated in several select master-planned communities including Summerlin, Green Valley North and South in Nevada, and Rancho California, Stockdale and Seven Oaks in California.
