Coleman Homes offers three portfolio collections with homes that are designed for you and your family. With each of our home collections available in selected communities you can find your perferct home and the perfect location for your lifestyle. Each collection was developed with the award-winning architectural design firm of Bassenian Lagoni and offers multiple, professionally designed, floor plans and options for you to choose from. Move a wall, add a den or extra bedroom, our floor plans are ready for you to customize a Coleman home and make it your own.

Here how it works:

• Our home plans are not specific to certain lots in our communities. Pick your lot and you can choose from any of our thoughtfully designed floor plans within the community you’ve selected.
• Each home plan has different options including expanded garages, additional bedrooms, additional bathrooms, larger bedrooms, larger bathrooms, mud room, bonus room, office/library, formal dining, expanded patio, and covered patio. Click here to see all of our home plans.
• You can also select elevation styles such as Cottage, Craftsman and Americana as well as elevation options including designer garage doors and expanded stone and brick accents.
• Select from a broad range of designer options including exterior and interior colors, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, shower and bath tub design, cabinets and more.
• Use our Design Your Home software to explore home design options on a computer at home or at our sales center with one of our New Home Sales Consultants.
