The Coleman Homes’ Quality Guarantee ensures every one of our homes goes through a five point process. This process includes, inspections, supervised construction and a Quality Gurantee checklist. Inspections with your Customer Service Representative and construction team will regularly take place throughout the building of your Coleman Home to assure that your new home is built for life.
Our Quality Guarantee five point process:
- Each member of the Coleman construction and customer service teams strives to be exceptionally skillful and knowledgeable regarding construction techniques and materials.
- We have a rigorous selection process for subcontractors, including input from purchasing, construction, sales and customer service. All of our trade partners are the best at what they do.
- Each step of construction is supervised by our construction team, and progress is monitored and recorded along the way with Quality Guarantee checklists.
- Every completed home is inspected by the construction team, the customer service team and you individually and as a group.
- Construction and your Customer Service Representative will both inspect your home separately, and both will collectively join you in inspecting your home.
- You will inspect your home formally with a Coleman representative twice before purchasing the home – first to create a punch list of items to be repaired/addressed and then to ensure that all items have been repaired/addressed.
