The Coleman Homes Warranty

Coleman Homes’ commitment to customer service begins from the moment you enter the sales office and continues throughout the time you own your home. Our warranty program ensures that you can rely on us for all of your home warranty needs.

The Coleman Homes Warranty provides:

  • One year of warranty coverage, including regularly scheduled warranty visits during the first year of occupying a Coleman home.
  • Prior to moving in, you will meet your Coleman Homes Customer Service Representative to discuss any items that need to be repaired or addressed prior to your move-in date.
  • During the move-in process, you will receive a complete new home orientation to explain how everything works.
  • 60 days after moving in, your Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding any items in your home that need attention.
  • Prior to the end of the one-year warranty period, your Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding any items that need attention.
  • All warranty visits come at no cost to the customer; repairs are covered by Coleman Homes.

  • Your Customer Service Representative always will be your one point of contact.
  • Your Customer Service Representative will schedule any repair work with a subcontractor or the representative will perform the work themself.
  • You can even leave us a key to schedule repairs while you are away. We will ensure that your Customer Service Representative is present at all times with any repair servicemen in your home.
